PLEASE PLAN AHEAD! Submit your project and visit request in RAMS at least 2 weeks in advance of your visit so that we have time to review your project and prepare our facilities.

CANCELLATIONS - If you must cancel or change your visit, please do so at least 2 weeks in advance so that we may make that space available to other users.

CHANGE/CANCELLATION POLICY - VESR reserves the right to charge applicants for the facilities, dates and number of participants on their approved RAMS visit request unless changes are emailed to vesr at nrs.ucsb.edu at 7 days prior to the arrival date of reservation.
